R2v3 Certified - Responsible Recycling Version 3
Recycle Agent is R2v3 Certified. This Certification is granted by SERI who works with a coalition of partners to raise awareness about the challenges of repair and recycling of electronic products around the world while promoting responsible Reuse, Recycling, and Data Destruction.
The R2v3 Certification provides a set of processes, security measures and documentation requirements and is granted to companies that perform Data Sanitization, Test, and Repair of used electronic products for reuse and appropriately manage Downstream EOL electronics processing vendors, ensuring best practices in the recycling of electronic waste.
SAM Certified – System for Award Management
We have the SAM certification (System for Award Management) as government suppliers. The SAM is a free website managed by the Federal Government that consolidates the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) / FedReg, Certification and Online Representation Requests (ORCA) and the Excluded Parts Lists System (EPLS).
The SAM registry allows government agencies and contractors to search for companies based on their capacity, size, location, experience, ownership and more. SAM allows users to search for certified companies by the SBA under the 8 Development and Hubzone Programs.

RIOS™ (Recycling Industry Operating Standard) is a globally recognized management system standard designed specifically for the recycling industry. It combines quality, environmental, and health & safety management into one streamlined framework.
As a RIOS™ Certified Recycler, Recycle Agent adheres to strict procedures that ensure operational excellence, worker safety, environmental compliance, and consistent service. This certification reflects our ongoing commitment to doing things the right way — for our partners, our team, and the planet.
